Our camps are thoughtfully designed to cater to specific age groups. However, we understand that your child may be slightly over or under the recommended age. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out to us. We're more than happy to discuss if a particular camp will be a suitable fit for your child.
Class sizes are limited, and early registration is crucial to secure your child's place in the camp.
Payment is a prerequisite to reserve a place in the camp.
Partial refunds may be granted if the participant requests cancellation before the camp's start date.
No refunds will be issued after the start of the camp.
If registration is low, the VCAC reserves the right to cancel camp and offer a full refund.
